Carol Caputo, Director of Contracts and Compliance, provides leadership and accountability for business processes and performance. An innovative thinker with a background in strategic business and human resources operations, Carol consistently delivers optimized business results for large and small Commercial and Federal Government organizations. Specializing in Lean-Agile adoption in back-office operations, she manages a network of empowered thought leaders to lead innovative solutions in a fast-growing environment with complex business and human capital challenges.

Prior to joining STS, Carol served as the Senior Director of Administration and Operations for a large federal contractor and a national IT commercial consulting organization. She also served as a business consultant for small-to-medium-sized federal Contractors in DC.
Carol holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, Certified SAFe for Government, and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management.
